OrangeSliceBMT (OSBMT): Registered legal entity, merchant of record, financial interface, and primary service provider under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Galactic-Insights: A consulting and operational brand owned and operated by OrangeSliceBMT. All services delivered under the Galactic-Insights brand are governed by these same Terms and are processed, billed, and managed exclusively through OrangeSliceBMT.
2. Services Provided
We provide consulting, advisory, digital, and technology-based services in the domains of brand management, business strategy, technology integration, governance, and systemic transformation. Services may include, but are not limited to, strategic planning, financial advisory, management consulting, digital transformation, and field-level advisory services delivered through our affiliated brands.
3. Pricing, Currency, and Payment
Pricing: Pricing is clearly stated per service or package on the respective service pages.
Currency: Services provided within Nigeria are priced and settled in Nigerian Naira (₦). International services may be priced in USD or other agreed currencies.
Payment Processing: Payment instructions and available payment methods are provided by OrangeSliceBMT for the relevant service. Where a third-party payment provider is used, its applicable terms will be made available at payment.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are covered under our Refund Policy. For recurring or subscription-based services, cancellation must be requested prior to the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, branding, frameworks, methodologies, and materials produced under OrangeSliceBMT or its affiliated brands remain the exclusive intellectual property of OrangeSliceBMT, unless expressly transferred in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary frameworks without written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with the registered head office in Nigeria, or International Business Law where applicable. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration in Nigeria.

OrangeSliceBMT reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Updates will always be posted on the official website and are effective immediately upon posting.
