MANAGEMENT CONSULTING
Change Management
Guide your organization through transitions, restructures, and transformations.
What This Work Addresses

Change management connects a business decision to the everyday behaviour needed to make it work. A new system, structure or process can be approved at leadership level and still fail in practice if people do not understand it, cannot use it, or keep being rewarded for the old way of working. We examine those layers before designing the transition.
When This Service Helps
- A new system is live, but people still rely on spreadsheets or informal workarounds.
- A restructure changes responsibilities without making decision rights clear.
- Employees hear announcements but do not know what will change in their own work.
- Previous transformation efforts lost momentum after launch.
How the Work Progresses
Define the change and its boundaries
Agree why the change is needed, what will be different and what will remain unchanged. Identify the sponsor, affected functions and decisions already made versus those still open.
Assess impact and readiness
Map changes to tasks, roles, skills, systems and incentives. Speak with representative employees and managers to identify practical constraints, concerns and capacity for transition.
Align leaders and local owners
Clarify who makes decisions, who communicates them and who resolves problems. Equip managers to explain the change consistently and collect feedback from their teams.

Test the new way of working with people. Prepare communication and support
Match messages to each audience: why the change matters, what happens next and what action is required. Plan training, job aids and support around real tasks rather than attendance alone.
Pilot and adjust
Test the new way of working with a manageable group. Observe actual use, record confusion or failure points, and revise the process before extending it.
Roll out and reinforce
Sequence implementation, review adoption and resolve recurring barriers. Update procedures, responsibilities and measures so the new approach becomes part of normal operations.
What You Receive
- Change-impact assessment by role or team
- Stakeholder and readiness map
- Leadership, communication and engagement plan
- Role-specific training and support priorities
- Phased rollout plan with owners and checkpoints
- Adoption measures and feedback process
What You Need to Do
Bring the proposed change, its business case, intended timing, affected teams and lessons from earlier attempts. Identify an accountable sponsor and make time for people doing the work to participate.
How We Review Progress
Agree a baseline and track observable behaviour: use of the new process, task completion, errors, exceptions and unresolved concerns. Training attendance is useful, but it is not proof of adoption. Review what employees are actually able to do.
A Practical Example
Consider a company replacing a spreadsheet-based approval process with a shared system. Installing the system is only one layer. Teams need to understand who approves each request, which information is required, what happens when an approver is unavailable and where to ask for help. A pilot can reveal these gaps before the wider rollout.
The change plan therefore connects process design, manager communication, task-based training and feedback. Progress is assessed by whether requests move correctly through the new process—not merely whether employees have logged in. This is an illustrative scenario, not a client case study.
